Was very late arriving, it was poorly packed, and arrived damaged. Seller offered to replace damaged item but didn't send it or if he did, it never arrived and I didn't receive a refund. This was the second damaged item from this seller- the first being refunded directly by Etsy because I was getting no reply to to my messages, So I would say that the seller is pretty unreliable!

I spent over £350 on items from this shop. They were 2 weeks late arriving and I ciouldnt get any responses from the seller to help me track where the items were in the system. When they did arrive they had been so poorly wrapped-just a bin bag and tape around heavy planks and metal items- that 2 items arrived damaged. It was really disappointing as the items themselves, if not damaged would have been fine. Not knowing when something was arriving, when you only have a fitter for specific days, is quite stressful when the seller won't help.
