Great service. And good quality product.

Really good item, feels great quailty and really sturdy.

Paid £28 for a really flimsy metal rod that’s poor quality and isn’t going to hold and more than 2 winter coats up - and I can’t even return this item?!? In none of the photos does it show the rod on its own and feel it’s really misleading that it hasn’t come with the shelf that it is pictured with on every photo! For £28 I would have expected it to! Absolutely wouldn’t recommend and feel royally ripped off!!!! The mark up on this product must be insane - no wonder you don’t accept refunds!!!!


The item came but it said screws were included and they never came. They weren't in the original package and weren't delivered separately and now I just have a metal bar.
